I currently ship throughout Europe.

Preparation Times
Order Type Time Before Shipping
In-Stock Products 5 business days
Custom Creations 8 business days (5 + 3 additional days)
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
These times refer to preparation time. The carrier’s delivery time is added separately.
Estimated delivery times
Once your package has been shipped, please allow approximately:
Destination Estimated delivery time
Mainland France 2 to 4 business days
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany 3 to 5 business days
Rest of Europe 5 to 10 business days
These times are for informational purposes only and depend on the carrier. They may vary during busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

The weight and size of the package
The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order—no unpleasant surprises.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
If you don’t receive this email, check your spam folder or contact me.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via La Poste / Colissimo or an equivalent service depending on the destination.
For large packages or international shipments, a different carrier may be used—you will be notified at the time of shipment.
Lost or Damaged Package
Did your package not arrive or arrive damaged? Contact me as soon as possible at marjorylamothe.pro@gmail.com.
In the event of an unusual delay, I will file a claim with the carrier.
If the package is damaged, please send me photos. We’ll work together to find a solution (reshipment, refund, etc.).
I do everything I can to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition—each package is prepared and packed with care.

I am not responsible for address errors entered during the ordering process. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
